At The Chinese Acupuncture & Herbs Center, LLC we strive to provide our patients with exceptional treatment and care. Please choose from one of the sections below. Tonghua Yang received his M.D. degree from Beijing Medical University, China in 1968. During his medical training, Tonghua Yang also studied and practiced Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. After five years of residency in surgery, he worked at Bethune Medical Science University as the chief surgeon where he regularly used alternative methods for the treatment of his patients. In 1987, Dr. Yang was invited as a visiting scholar to join a liver transplant team at Pitt Medical School, Department of Surgery.
