Operating from its Forest Avenue location since 1932, Colaizzi Pedorthic Center offers a wide range of services. CPC is located just north of Pittsburgh city limits, close to western Pennsylvania's interstate highway system and is accessible by public transportation. CPC is an accredited facility with Board-Certified Pedorthists on staff. A certified pedorthist (C.Ped.) provides footwear and pedorthic devices to the public and patients referred by the medical profession and assists in the formulation of prescriptions for proper footwear. The pedorthist examines and evaluates the patient's pedorthic requirements in relation to the foot problem and function loss.
