Our Mission: To champion the connection of community resources with schools to help young people successfully learn, stay in school and prepare for life. CISPA Goals. Provide training and technical assistance to local CIS programs and other community-based organizations. Secure state level resources and networking opportunities. Build relationships with other statewide organizations. Establish additional CIS operations in other Pennsylvania communities. Become a statewide resource center for CIS. Advocate for CIS, children, and families.
