For those of you who don’t know about Dr. Brad Walter and Chef Tom Hambor here is a short culinary history. Brad has a Ph.D. in psychology, received his culinary training at the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking in Cleveland, studied in Bologna Italy, and has taught around the world. Tom received a culinary arts degree from the University of Akron, is first and foremost a pastry chef and has worked at many of Cleveland’s best restaurants and hotels. He has taught both culinary and pastry arts around the country.
