Leo joined the U.S.A.F. in 1972 and served for 4 years. Here is where Leo began his career in the TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY. After leaving the U.S.A.F., Leo began working for GRAY COMMUNICATIONS, Leo’s main responsibilities were project management for such projects as DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY (OXFORD CENTER), PPG INDUSTRIES (PPG TOWER), H.J. HEINZ, ST. VINCENT HEALTH CENTER (ERIE, PA.), KNOLLS ATOMIC POWER LABORATORY (ALBANY, NY). In 1988 Leo left GRAY COMMUNICATIONS to work for SARGENT FIBER OPTICS. Here Leo assumed the responsibilities of project manager for the SECURITY SYSTEM, CARD ACCESS SYSTEM, CCTV SYSTEM installation at the new Pittsburgh International Airport. In 1992 Leo joined forces with EXC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. as part owner. Here he performed all aspects of Telephone, Voice, Data and Fiber Optic installations.
