| In the fall of 2002, La Prima Espresso Company enters its 14th year in the Espresso coffee business. Owner Sam Patti's original business plan was to sell and service commercial espresso machines from the first store located at the corner of Penn Ave and 21st Street in the Strip District. The showroom soon evolved into an Italian style espresso bar when the locals began to enjoy the ambiance and good tasting coffee available. They enjoyed it then and still do now |
