I used the service several times in the spring and summer of 2011. While they seemed to be pretty competent dog walkers, after I moved from Pittsburgh several months later they loaded up my invoice with charges for "parking" that were never discussed in advance and were excessive. Company never responded to a formal complaint filed by the Pittsburgh Better Business Bureau. Phil W
