A friend of the family, that's my excuse for hiring him. The number of things he missed on our home inspection is staggering. Knob and tube wiring, pidgeons nesting in a hole in our roof, no footer under our foundation and an addition which was falling off of the back of the house were some of the things that he missed. He really does not have the skills to do a real home inspection. Having no inspection would have been better than this. Do not use his services.
