I recently went here to be measured for an out of town wedding. When i went to pick my dress up, it was 2 sizes too big. I have been re-measured 3 times since i picked up the dress and they all say the same thing, that my measurements at the Gown Company were inaccurate, by 8 inches! I went into the store to ask to be remeasured and see if they could assist with alterations. The woman was extremely rude and yelled at me that I was a liar and she has been doing this for 30 years, I was wrong not her. I have not gained or lost a pound since May. She went so far as to ask me if I had a baby because of the drastic differences. When changing, the woman was talking about me to her coworker even though I could hear her. She kept saying, "she's a liar." I am so floored at this terrible service and I would never recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!
