what the hay is going on with walmart customer service, hubby accidentally bought coffee whole beans, i sent him back to grind, says he ask 6 employees & nobody knew if they had a coffee grinder, when i worked in the public, we found out and gave answers, never say, i dont know, who does, so he returned to customer service which complained now saying we cant sell items you took home, coffee seal was not touched with receipt, man i am feed up with cocky mean employees, walmart needs to retrain unprofessional workers. walmart in weirton is terrible.
