BAD BAD BAD! I took my Matrix, that had been hit by a tree after a storm, in for body work. While it was in the shop, they broke my windshield (which was not broken by the storm) and they charge MY insurance for it. The front of the car was NOT even damaged during the storm. When I questioned them, they said sometimes that happens when they remove a roof and there was no further explanation. THEN when I got the car back, they had oversprayed a scuff mark on my car and it was now permanently stuck to my car. AND they also had chipped the paint around my rear light where they pried the plastic off to fix it. They denied it and I had to LITERALLY work to get them to fix their mistake. I actually had to research and find one of the owner's on facebook. I emailed him and prayed that it would work. The shop manager tried to tell me I was wrong so many times that I wanted to punch him.
